CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation & No-Show Policy To secure your appointment, a valid credit card is required at the time of booking. We kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This allows us to offer your spot to another guest. Cancellations made 48+ hours before your appointment: No charge Cancellations made within 48 hours: 30% of the scheduled service will be charged No-shows or same-day cancellations: 50% of the scheduled service will be charged Bridal & Special Event Services A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve all bridal and special event appointments. Cancellations within 72 hours of the appointment will result in the full service amount being charged. We understand that life happens — if you have an emergency, please reach out and we'll do our best to work with you. By booking an appointment, you agree to this cancellation policy.
